Good service, but needs improvement

The 'bathroom' was just a cupboard with mold, though, which was a bit gross. Had some drinks at the bar, which was nice, but the bed felt way too small to be comfy.

The room was a disaster with broken locks and a dirty floor. The cleaner didn't change the towels and just refolded the same ones. To top it off, my bedroom door was left wide open all day, making us feel extremely unsafe.

Just a fine choice for a break on long journey in Bracknell with all in all brilliant value for money. The rude little man at the pub really left an impression as he kicked me out for trying to eat inside. If you want quiet, maybe skip the third floor, as the music travels at night.

Very steep stairs leading to rooms, messy carpets throughout the hotel!!! Limited hot water with long wait times!!! Uncomfortable toilet/shower space needing serious updating!!! Poorly marked pathways causing confusion!!!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy lounge area and the quirky decor throughout the hotel which gave it a unique vibe. It was nice to relax in the garden area and unwind with a drink on the sun terrace. Just a heads up, the shower pressure could use some improvement, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 🍹

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed hanging out in the garden area with retractable roofs, especially with our kids.

Our two-night stay was decent. While the basic twin room had ample space, it needed a refresh, especially the bathroom. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning, but be prepared for some evening pub noise. For better nights, request a quieter room.

The atmosphere was welcoming, with young, friendly staff who made me feel right at home. I loved the stunning garden area where I relaxed after a long day. Plus, the lively night club offered the perfect blend of fun and entertainment until the early hours!

The stay was a mixed experience. Our room had a spacious bathroom, which was great, but the cleanliness could have been better as we found the sitting bench and carpet in need of a serious refresh. The pub downstairs offered a nice atmosphere and a good selection of food and drinks, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day. we did experience some issues with the room security as the lock was broken, which left us feeling a bit uneasy.

The Basic Single Room was really cramped. The bathroom was tiny and covered in mold, which was a big no-no. I had to step out to even use the toilet. Plus, the noise from outside was annoying and kept me up. But, on the bright side, the room was clean, even if everything else felt outdated.

The staff friendly and helpful. Great happy hour offers. Was really noisy from the pub and live music till late.

I had a pleasant stay for one night in a Basic Twin Room. The staff were all very friendly and made the atmosphere enjoyable. I loved the breakfast with freshly made items, and it was a great way to start the day. the room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates to the furnishings.
